An experienced facilitator and project leader of change management programs for both private and public sector organisations. Bruce is the organisational director responsible for the governance and fiduciary duties of the organisation.

Lindee is a highly experienced consultant who has worked across a variety of fields including the community sector, information technology, design, education, transition management and banking and finance. Her strengths lay in her exceptional organisational abilities and being able to bring the team together to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.Lindee has had in excess of 10 years experience working with an international IT company in managing their tender processes. While based in Canberra, Lindee undertook extensive travel within Australia and Asia to manage these tenders for both the government and private sectors. Working with large teams from diverse cultures strengthened and broadened Lindee’s experience and expertise in this area and often received recognition for her efforts.Lindee has also had extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, working in both regional and rural areas. Geoff has over 25 years experience in the areas of government strategic development and organisational change. He has been successful in Senior Executive Service Band 2 roles specialising in organisational development, service delivery design and implementation, integration of services and teams and change management.With diversity of government experience, Geoff has led a series of teams in developing change strategies for local and national teams to assist in meeting their human resource and physical requirements. He has designed a number of change management programs for organisational leaders that have been successfully implemented throughout the public sector.

Geoff has also had experience in redesigning management and staffing structures to create organisations which are more client-focused and innovative.

Enhancing communications between areas of organisations undergoing large scale change processes is another vital skill that Geoff offers clients. He has designed and conducted “skills audit’s” and “needs analyses” for numerous Commonwealth Agencies in order to determine the requirements and outcomes of organisational redesign programs.

LINDA ADDISON

Most recently as the General Manager of the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) at the Australian National University (ANU) achieved significant cultural change about administration staff roles and responsibilities.

Prior to joining the ANU she held a variety of senior executive service roles in the Australian Public Service.

Linda represented Australia in international fora and built strong relationships with global enterprises that purchased and operated Australian assets such as airports; and manufactured and imported products such as vaccines. At the ANU she developed a strategic framework for the college’s international engagement and secured student exchange agreements with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and King’s College London. In 2015 she graduated from the year-long Asialink Leaders Program operated by the University of Melbourne expanding understanding of global trends and the opportunities to do business in Asia.

SAM FYFE

She works with organisations to understand their value proposition, articulate their strategic/operational business model and to determine their service delivery approach.

Sam also works with organisations to build investment and governance models for the prioritisation and management of capital and operating funds. She recently retired from the Commonwealth Public Service after a career spanning almost 40 years.

Immediately prior to her retirement, Philippa was Deputy Secretary, Child Support Program, in the Department of Human Services. She took up this role in September 2009, following four years at Medicare Australia, where she was Deputy Chief Executive Office and from November 2008 to August 2009, acting Chief Executive Officer.

In June 2010, Philippa was awarded the Public Service Medal for leading major organisational and cultural change in a range of departments and agencies.

Her most recent role was at the Senior Executive Service level at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C).
